    Do either hydroxychol/Plaquenil put you at risk for greater. I looked back through my lab work. Even while taking 400mg of Plaquenil and 15mg of Prednisone also an immunosuppressant, my immune system was still overactive. My Absolute Neutrophils good indicator of immune system function didn't get suppressed to a NORMAL range until I increased the Plaquenil to 600mg/day while still taking the Prednisone.
