    Terrible Itching on Plaquenil---PLEASE HELP. Itching is not an uncommon symptom to have with an autoimmune disease, so my hunch is that the itching is a new symptom. It's possible that you developed an allergy to Plaquenil after taking it for three months but unlikely.
